Neon on Black

 These are not actually neon, but they look like it on black!  I used the same 4 sprays I showed in the last post. 

 This is another YouTube video inspiration.  Here's how it's done:

On black paper, stencil using modeling paste (I used drywall mud from the hubby's garage).  When that is dry, just spray.  The detail is amazing, especially those daisy circles (by Joggles).
