Mark Making with Sumi Inks

It is addictive.  These are simply a study of playing around with inks.   After I taped off some spaces on watercolor paper, I used an orange oil pastel and scribbled.  Same with a black pit pen.  Then the fun began.
I dripped brown and black inks and sprayed with water.  The pastel acts as a resist.  I love these colors.
