'Say it with Flair' at 365 Cards asks us to use one item that really POPS. The rectangle is a piece of Stampboard (which is like particle board) that I layered with a piece of floral acetate, then clear crackle medium. I also added a rhinestone for a bit of bling.
Challenges:
Beautiful. The piece does pop off the card- though your cards are usually so nicely blended. I love the use of ribbons here.
