Meilleurs Voeux (Best Wishes)

On this card I used a few things that I won in LuvScrap's blog Candy giveaway!  How fun to get a box of goodies in the mail!  I used the three stacked doily dies, the rhinestone circle and three out of 100 flowers I got in a pack.  Thank you, Stephanie!
I also added a brass heart charm, some lace and some embossed velum.
