Mindful Offerings
I am pretty excited about this workshop. We will be creating a wall hanging out of plaster.
Every component is of the Earth; gypsum, paper, rust, metal, cotton, etc.
I had been playing around with the concept of manipulating plaster wrap in a 3-D effect. Below is a medallion that was formed inside a rusted medal finding. It's as light as air, and so is perfect for a wall hanging like this.
