Teabag art and a tin type

The only teabag parts of this piece are the strings and the lower right motif.
I've had this tin type for a while in my stash.  The background is from an old book.  I added the dotted circle with red pigma-pen.  The shot of light at the right is torn from a magazine, and the pressed flowers are Feverfew from my garden.
One species of Feverfew in my garden grow from seeds from my Oma (Grandmother) in Austria.  She's no longer living, but the flowers are and will continue to be because they are bi-annual.  That means they grow from seeds that dropped the year before.

Come and learn how recycle your teabags in my Art and Soul Workshop:

  1. This is stunning! So interesting with the monochromatic look and lots of texture. My Oma had some tin types of my dad's family. My uncle kept them once Oma was gone. Now I am wondering where they are...
