The Quiet Noise of Sorrow

Here is a Gelli Plate background that I 'collaged-up' for a journal page.  These words appeared in a novel that I recently read, and they somehow resonated with me.  I don't remember the author's name; if I come across it, I'll post it.

It's been said that things that make us uncomfortable are memorable.  Personally, I think being moved by an art piece, or a phrase (as I was here), makes the best kind of art.

I have placed this post and image on A Colorful Journey for their Gelli Linky Party.  Thanks Carolyn.

  3. The piece strikes a note of somber but soft reflection- sounds like something close to your intention. It is very lovely for a journal page.
